Your safety and security are our top priorities. Please read the following guidelines carefully before proceeding with your registration.

🛡️ General Safety Guidelines

1. Visitor Access & Identification

All visitors must wear the provided visitor access card visibly at all times while on premises
Access cards are non-transferable and must be returned to security upon exit
Valid government-issued identification (IC/Passport) must be presented at check-in
Visitors are only permitted in authorized areas designated by their host

2. Check-In & Check-Out Procedures

Report to the security desk upon arrival and present your QR code
Wait in the designated visitor area until your host arrives
You must check out at security before leaving the premises
Late check-out (after 6:00 PM) may require additional authorization

3. Restricted Areas & Prohibited Items

Do not enter any restricted or marked secure areas without proper authorization
Weapons, hazardous materials, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
Recording devices (cameras, video recorders) require prior approval
Follow your host's instructions regarding photography and recording

🚨 Emergency Procedures

In Case of Emergency:

Fire Alarm: Immediately evacuate the building using the nearest exit. Do not use elevators.
Assembly Point: Proceed to the designated assembly point and wait for further instructions
Medical Emergency: Contact security immediately or call emergency services (999)
Security Incident: Report immediately to security or your host

💚 Health & Safety Requirements

Personal Health & Safety:

If you feel unwell, please inform your host and security immediately
Follow all posted safety signs and warnings
Report any safety hazards or concerns to your host or security
Use handrails when using stairs and watch your step
Keep walkways and exits clear at all times

COVID-19 & Hygiene Protocols:

Practice good hand hygiene - sanitizer stations are available throughout the facility
If you develop any symptoms during your visit, inform your host immediately
Respect social distancing guidelines where posted
Follow any additional health protocols as directed by staff

🔒 Confidentiality & Data Protection

Information Security:

Do not access, view, or share any confidential company information
Do not connect unauthorized devices to company networks or systems
Respect the privacy of employees and other visitors
Any non-disclosure agreements must be signed before accessing sensitive areas

Personal Data:

Your personal information will be used solely for visitor management and security purposes
We collect: Name, IC/Passport, contact details, vehicle information, and visit purpose
Data is retained in accordance with our data protection policy
CCTV cameras are in operation for security purposes

🚗 Parking & Vehicle Guidelines

Park only in designated visitor parking areas
Display your visitor parking permit visibly on your dashboard
Observe all speed limits (15 km/h in parking areas)
The company is not responsible for damage or theft to vehicles
Note your vehicle plate number will be recorded for security purposes

👔 Expected Conduct

Maintain professional and courteous behavior at all times
Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas
Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited on premises
Follow your host's instructions and company policies
Harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior will not be tolerated
Dress appropriately for a professional business environment

Important Notice:

You enter the premises at your own risk
The company is not liable for personal injury or property damage unless caused by negligence
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal from premises
The company reserves the right to deny access or revoke visitor privileges
